SALES CHALLENGE

The “Secrets of the Guadeloupe Islands” Sales Challenge is a special incentive campaign designed to motivate and reward travel professionals who sell the destination. The goal is to recognize top individual performers with exclusive prizes — such as experiential FAM trips, travel rewards, and gifts — over a defined period, based on complete travel packages sold (to groups, families, couples, etc.).

Objectives:

  • Boost your sales of complete vacation packages.

  • Motivate you in your role as a travel agent, sales representative, or tourism professional.

  • Improve your company’s commercial performance and help achieve your business goals.

  • Strengthen collaboration and partnership between you and the Guadeloupe Islands Tourist Board (CTIG).

  • Develop your expertise in the destination.

  • Stimulate your competitive spirit.

CTIG is committed to supporting professionals like you in achieving these goals throughout the year.

When?
CTIG plans to organize the Sales Challenge at least twice a year — in spring and autumn, each lasting four weeks. During this time, you’ll be able to record your complete package sales (flight + hotel / flight + hotel + car rental).

The Guadeloupe Islands Tourist Board offers you the opportunity to discover the Guadeloupe Islands through a redesigned FAM trip program — a unique, hands-on experience dedicated to exploring the destination.

A tailor-made program to live the experience.

From airfare to car rental, from hotel rooms to restaurants serving delicious Creole specialties — everything is arranged for you to fully live the experiential FAM trip and share your impressions in return.

Continue your training journey and take part in exclusive events to enjoy the many surprises waiting for you.

Once you’ve completed one of the four certification steps, you’ll be eligible to participate in the Experiential FAM Trip.
